went to the ZOO last thursday, and it was GREAT fun! =DD

KOH WEI QI; dont be too jealous when you read this. xDD

xiaoba and i arranged to meet at 1230pm as she went to collect her online stuff before that. and that not very smart one went home THREE times! first she went home to take battery, then she went back for her sling strap, and the last time i forgot. but the MAIN point is that she went home THREE times! its not very unusual for her though. xDD

and as usual, i tried my best, but, well, i was late. we met at ang mo kio and went to the ntuc to get some food for the trip. we got a tube of chips, a box of biscuits, a small packet of cracker and a packet of chips. BUT BUT BUT! we realised that we forgot to get drinks after we're out of the ntuc. and we need extra battery too, as my digital camera is a battery-eating monster. we happily took the batteries and walked to the interchange. and ONCE AGAIN, we realised that forgot about our drinks. xD so xiaoba went to get it from cheers and i went to top up my card.

we successfully reached the ZOO at about 2 plus! so late already! and we hurried to apply our OFF![its an insect repellect by the way] and off we go. we enjoyed ourselves so much and kept capturing wonderful photos of the animals that we totally forgot about ourselves until we're already at the 'botanical garden', which is quite some time already. it was then THEN we started photo-ing ourselves. xDD

OHYA! there's ELEPHANT show! =DD the elephants are SUPER smart! they can walk on A log! as in, they can walk and u-turn and walk back, all on ONE log! its AMAZING how big animals like them can do that! however, although we reached there five to ten minutes earlier, it's fully seated. so we just have to stand to watch the show. well, for unknown reasons[maybe heatstroke] i suddenly felt super giddy and nearly fainted[well, not so NEARLY], xiaoba's glucose drink[pink dolphin] saved my life. and i sat on the stone elephante. *ermm, apologies for having my butt on you. but you sure are rough and abit not very nice to sit on*

after that we just went on and walked around the ZOO and took photos and photos of the animals there! oh, and AMAZINGLY, we walked the WHOLE ZOO! and we didnt use the map the whole time! but there's a time where we walked to the exit and u-turned back. xD well, we saw loads of different legged animals but regretfully, we didnt see the sun bearrr. OH! and xiaoba NEARLY tripped while running to the giraffe! and she FINALLY know how to differentiate between ostrich and swan and owl! xDD what a not smart personn. and we took photos with the PENGUINNS! and there's a bird there that looks like the BIG BIRD in Sesame Street!

we even thought of taking down the number of enquiries when the ZOO making announcements of its closure at 5 plus. that is, in case we're lost in the ZOO and cant get out, we dont want to be LOCKED inside the ZOO!

we got out of there near to 6pm and took some photos outside the ZOO. =DD
and i tell you, its definately worth the 16.50! but reaching there at 12 is a more ideal time, cause you get to spend your time slowly and not rushing around like what we did. we didnt even FINISH our snacks that we brought there! out of the four, we only managed to get rid of TWO! what a sense of accomplishment! =DDD
